Contrast Studios
Contrast Studios is a modern wellness studio offering infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy designed to help you reset, recover, and perform at your best.
I’ve been with the brand since its first studio opened in October 2023, leading social media strategy and content creation. In that time, I’ve grown the account from 700 to over 6,000 followers through a mix of organic and paid campaigns—developing visuals, storytelling, and educational content that spotlight the science-backed benefits of contrast therapy and biohacking while building an engaged community.
I produce and manage “The 30-Minute Reset,” a short-form video series for Contrast Studios that highlights the diverse community of members who use infrared sauna and cold plunge therapy. Each vignette shares a member’s personal story—why they come to Contrast, how it fits into their routine, and the impact it’s had on their mental and physical health.
From concept to final post, I handle casting, interviewing, soundbites, and copywriting, working with our videographer to capture authentic, story-driven content optimized for Instagram, YouTube, and LinkedIn. The series builds community, showcases variety, and brings our mission of everyday wellness to life through real people and real experiences!
